Best Salon in Northern Virginia. I have been to 4 different salons over the years here. Every time I would request they only trim my hair and take no more than half an inch off, I would end up getting an inch and a half taken off. I almost cried once. The service is wonderful and courteous. From the moment you walk in, you are being catered to. They offer refreshments, including champagne and red wine. They use the best quality products on your hair. The staff is pleasant and kind. I had Federico do my hair today and he did exactly as I requested. Nordine Salon has a classy but unpretentious atmosphere as everyone in the salon is so nice and friendly. I have been going to one of their great stylists, Claudia, for over 20 years because my hair is difficult and she always manages to style it perfectly and introduce me to just the right products for my hair or lack thereof. Fantastic experience! Wonderful staff, great hair skills. They were incredible in accommodating a tough situation. My mom has brain cancer, and her hair was quite knotted from surgery and weeks of recovery. Her incision and skull are still healing, so it's not possible to pull at all on her hair. She is also in chemo and suffering from nausea, so it's hard to schedule things far in advance. They got us appointments on extremely short notice and spend 90 minutes patiently working on my mom's hair. They even fit me in too - and we both love our haircuts! I was gifted the half day service of - Massage , mani/pedi lite lunch and facial. It was lovely. The ladies were spectacular and beyond kind , caring and extremely good at their craft/art/job! My only wish is that the salon itself was quieter. Having the hair salon right there made it very loud for the other clients who were there to relax.
